Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work on paid plans.
Last updated 2 August 2026
1. There is nothing to buy today
Stated first because it is currently the whole picture. There is no billing system behind this site, no paid plan you can subscribe to, and therefore no payment that could need refunding. The demo is free and needs no account.
This policy describes how refunds will work once paid plans exist.
2. Cancel any time
You can cancel a subscription whenever you like, from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut off access the moment you cancel.
3. Fourteen days, no questions
If you are unhappy within 14 days of your first payment, write to us and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why. This applies to your first payment on a plan, not to every renewal.
Where consumer law in your country gives you a longer or stronger right of withdrawal, that law applies and this paragraph does not reduce it.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. We send a reminder before each annual renewal. If an annual renewal takes you by surprise and you have not meaningfully used the service in that new period, write to us within 30 days and we will refund it.
Monthly renewals are not routinely refunded, because the notice period is short and cancelling takes one click. We will still look at genuine mistakes.
5. When the service is broken
If a fault on our side makes the service substantially unusable for a sustained period, ask and we will refund or credit the affected time. You should not pay for something that was not working.
6. What we cannot refund
- Model provider charges. These are billed to you directly by your model provider, against your own API key. That money never reaches us, so we have none of it to return. Your spend ceilings exist precisely so this figure cannot surprise you — set them low and raise them deliberately.
- Taxes already remitted, where the relevant authority does not allow recovery.
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Output you were not happy with
ApexCorp orchestrates AI agents, and their output can be wrong. Poor output on a particular task is not by itself grounds for a refund of your subscription, in the same way that an unproductive afternoon is not grounds for a refund of your salary. If the service consistently fails to do what it says on this site, that is a different matter — tell us, and section 5 applies.
8. How to ask
Email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address on the account, saying which payment you mean. We aim to reply within three working days and to issue approved refunds within ten. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
9. Chargebacks
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback. We would rather refund you directly than dispute it — asking is faster for you and cheaper for us.
